By accessing or using Roitio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Roitio is an automated invoice management platform that helps users extract, organize, and manage invoices from their email accounts. The Service connects to your email provider (such as Gmail) to scan for invoice-related emails and provides tools to view, download, and organize these documents.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Email Access and Data

By connecting your email account to Roitio, you grant us permission to:

• Read email messages to identify invoices and financial documents
• Access email attachments (such as PDF invoices)
• Store metadata about identified invoices for your convenience

We only access emails that match our invoice detection criteria and do not read or store unrelated personal correspondence.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the Service, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a review of your refund request.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Roitio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Roitio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
